BYBP and I had a disagreement relating to Hydrotherapy. We had a respectfully confronting phone conversation, which I ended abruptly when I felt I line of respect was about to be crossed, and both parties had said enough. I later received a text message cancelling my next physiotherapy session and telling me I could not book another until my insurance agreed to pay for hydrotherapy as well. They also made a complaint to work cover on my behalf, which was unnecessary, and showed a complete lack of understanding of workcover procedures. The two physiotherapists I had  seemed knowledgeable, but the company procedures and ethics I found to be questionable.

Amy Donato is an exceptional physiotherapist who has a deep understanding of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and joint hypermobility. Her expertise in these areas is truly unparalleled, and she has made a significant impact on patients with these conditions.  Amy's approach to treatment is tailored to each individual patient, and she takes the time to understand the unique needs of those with hEDS. She provides practical solutions that are in line with personalised goals, and she is committed to helping her patients achieve their full potential.  I have seen significant improvement in my mobility, proprioception, and overall quality of life since I started working with Amy. She has been a constant source of support, encouragement, and knowledge throughout my journey, and I feel lucky to have found her. Mitesh is the best physiotherapist I have seen. He has helped me greatly in recovering from injury and has shown me so many exercises to take with me to help improve my body and make me feel better!

Michelle is fantastic! She has been treating both myself and my daughter for different conditions ranging from joint dislocations, EDS hypermobility, pelvic floor relaxation, pelvic instability, core strengthening. General strengthen post lower back surgery. She extremely knowledgeable about hypermobility and building strength whilst controlling the movement.  I can't thank her enough.

I saw Mark for my shoulder and back I get pain from work and the gym. Mark was able to get to the root of the problem, explained it clearly and came up with a plan to not only get rid of the pain but make sure it won't come back!  I've now sent my mum to see Mark, I wouldn't trust anyone else with her dodgy neck!  Thanks again for all your help. Best physio in town!
