As a first time patient today, I’m impressed! From the kind, caring, and funny , calls with reception to book in some emergency work ASAP - to the end result of a pain and stress free extraction, my visit was pretty good. For a trip to the dentist, that is Genuine, thoughtful conversations! I felt completely comfortable in my care and every step of the process was explained clearly and respectfully Highly recommend!!
Got a tooth out warning, graphic. I know the place has 5 stars but they're legit. They were very gentle and patient with their extraction, warned me of all risks, worked with me and around lockdown. They were nice, had a really neat setup on the ceiling to help distract you, and were communicative and made sure any needs or concerns were met. These are top docs. Well done, and thank you again.

Never thought I would say this about a dentist's practice but I look forward to coming back! I followed my partner's recommendation a year ago and visited Be Well for the first time. Since then Dr Will takes great care of my teeth and I can pass on the recommendation without any hesitation - I never had a better experience. Be Well is different, it's more than just a place to get your teeth fixed. The doctor's choice is always a question of trust, here you can feel that you are in good hands with the first step in. The doctors, dental assistants and receptionists are so nice, they make you feel safe, comfortable and welcome. It's just a pleasant experience to come for an appointment. During the procedures you can watch documentaries about nature which is relaxing and before you even notice you're ready to go. See you next time! I will definitely come back. I had a great experience! I won't lie, I'm still not excited about going to dentists . But, this place is different, it's the least scary, and most pleasant experience I have ever had with dental treatment. All staff members from the dentists, dental assistants, and receptionist are super nice, friendly, professional, and helpful. Everyone who work here seemed to want the best for the patient. In my experience, I saw that they are doing their best, and humbly let you know when something is outside their scope.
Dr Will Huynh and the team at Be Well Dentall are exceptional. They are not only extraordinarily supportive but they genuinely care for the patient and their well-being. I strongly recommend Be Well Dental for their high quality of care and professionalism.
This must be the best dental studio in Brisbane. They make feel taken care of and that I can trust them. Like many, I have a complicated relationship with dentists, but both doctors at Be Well have impressed me with their knowledge and emotional intelligence. They are honest in the way that they present your case to you and help you think long term. They have the latest technologies and I love that you stare at a screen with nature documentaries while they work on you. Everybody is very nice, kind, and very professional. Part of what you pay is also reinvested in community projects.
I had not been to the dentist in a long time, Dr Will and Dr Bao both made me feel extremely comfortable from the get go. They explained everything with great clarity, and the whole experience was quick and painless. The rest of the team, including dental assistants and receptionists were also great. You can tell that everyone who works at this dental clinic really cares about their patients. Would recommend this dentist to anyone, and will definitely be going back for future check-ups.
I went in for an extraction at Be Well Dental, and I felt compelled to write a review the same day. The team were unbelievably professional and caring, not to mention EXTREMELY gentle. I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental work. Very well priced as well, which is something you don’t find that often in Australian dentists!! Thank you Be Well Dental!!
For more than 20-years I have been terrified of going to the dentist due to multiple unpleasant experiences. Will and the team at Be Well Dental have changed everything for me. Today was my first visit and I have now had my records sent to them from my previous dentist. Will and the team at Be Well Dental are friendly, compassionate and extremely kind. I was made to feel very welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. There was no judgement and they made the experience as stress-free and as pain-free as possible. I cannot recommend Be Well Dental highly enough. I have another appointment in two weeks and for the first time in decades, I'm not feeling stressed, anxious and nauseous at the idea of going. If you are one of those people who avoids the dentist at all costs due to your overwhelming fear, do yourself a favour and give Be Well Dental a go.
