I had to get a gift recently and went to BCF at Myaree. I went there on 16th Sunday June.nKiara served me. She listened to my request and assisted me with getting the best buy and carried the bulky box to my car.nThanks, Kiara. You made my day.
Great customer service from the young fella at fishing/reel section - great knowledge sorry I didn’t get your name cheers
Did a click and collect as they had stock of the items I wanted for a camping trip tomorrow. Arrived and find out the reclining chair is floor stock. it was missing a plastic, which was replaced from another wanderer floor stock chair. Had multiple scratches which I was ok with. Get it home and open it up and the head rest is flogged out and won’t stay in position. Would’ve been better if I had the option to collect at another store.
Excellent customer service. The people working there are friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs.
Great shop , well stocked, you won’t be disappointed
