Kepperra store/ Michaela Fridge stopped working just 1yr 6weeks 2 days after purchase. 3 days before Christmas. Michaela assertively suggests its over a year ago, not their problem, will give me a number call Dometica - warranty covers it and its my problem. Which is absolutely. against ACCC & clearly on ACCC website - even in bold letters . I pointed this out, but as she had previously belittled me/ Gaslighted in the convo. I gave up , told the not so sweet staff member it wasn't good enough service, not lawful, 3 days out from xmas, she point blank refused to swap for one in store. - Kept giving me ‘nit my problem’ attitude, that I HAD to return it elsewher and wait for a repair, as it was bought over a year ago. BCF - get a better standard of legal info to uour customers. 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE XMAS …. BCFing NOT fun at all. .
Very helpful went to get a line spooled and met a very helpful staff member named Peter and he taught me a lot of useful information about reel cleaning and line spooling and ended up giving me to free packs of lures best experience ever had at a store
Shop has been reduced in size since I last visited. While they still have a good range the quantities have been reduced and the store just feels cramped.
Great camping and fishing supplies store for all of your outdoor activities and adventure requirements. Gas bottle refilling and BCF rewards programs available. Email catalogues apon request. Plenty of parking available in shopping centre complex. Standard layout for those familiar with BCF. This store adheres to covid 19 protocols.
Went for fishing gears and fishing advices. Peter Very Casual : was there and stayed with me almost an hour providing me the best fishing advices ever. Fishing spots, rods, gears, baits, technics, this guy is very very experienced and knowledgeable. Thks mate.
