Went into BCF MacGregor today Friday 4th, November to purchase some fishing gears and tackles. I think his name was Anthony who is new to the store I believe as I have not seen him before was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction choosing and showing me the right fishing gears and tackles for the fishing I do. I must admit, I have been to many different BCF stores over the years and to find a new team member who just recently started working at BCF MacGregor with such excellent customer service and knowledge in fishing is very surprising, he definitely knows his stuff about fishing! Well done to the store manager in hiring him, I will most definitely be letting my friends and family know about the store and will definitely be back for more. Overall, excellent store with excellent staff members to deal with.
Went in not knowing much about fishing and Mike was extremely helpful. He went through what type of fishing I was looking to do and helped me sort out a nice rod and reel and even saved me some cash as I was probably going to spend a lot more buy more than I needed!
staff was really helpful in helping me pick the best stuff. I dont fish but the staff know their stuff. my dad was really happy with his gift
Opened smack on 8:30am. Service was awesome as soon we entered. Good product knowledge and great service. Out by 8:40am.

Good sized BCF. A one stop shop for out door activities. I have found stock levels on fishing tackle can be depleted.

Must go for any camp freak! Great range of items and competitive price.
The variety of camping tools are plenty althought there is only a few branf to choose from.
Much better service than their Greenslopes store.
