Excellent service today from Marco. We went to a few stores today but we will go back to BCF Richmond purely because the service was better than the other stores!
Went to go buy a fire pit at the Richmond store. Picked up the item from the shelf and went to pay at the counter and was told it was $20 more because their staff had “stacked the shelf wrong” and therefore weren’t going to honour the ticketed price…
Great range and customer service. The staff helped us and answered our questions an item. Later they were kind enough to come to check if we needed any further info on the item that we were looking at.
Visited the new store with the view to check out storage drawers for a Toyota Prado. All 3 staff that I dealt with were happy, friendly and very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing 2 x XTM drawers and have just finished installing them and found them of very good quality. I am very happy with their price, product and service. I would highly recommend their store and will buy again. Thankyou.
Karen & the boys delivered outstanding customer service, helping to brainstorm a creative solution to my unique camping dilemma. Discount offered on some additional items not already marked down. One of the gentleman even provided remedial action for a sale provided at another store, which I am truly grateful for. Staff genuinely care about and contribute to marine habit restoration projects. All round great customer experience and didn't feel pressured, even after taking an inordinate amount of time to arrive at a final decision! Highly recommend
