My son bought a gazebo on sale as kids had no shade to play under , a storm came through heavy rain whilst they were out and ruined it and now he can’t get it replaced or refunded as it doesn’t cover that warranty now his out of pocket and has to save to get another one in time , thanks for the Christmas spirit BCF, will buy one from anaconda bunnings will not spend another cent with you guys
My son and I visited this store to enquire about a fishing rod that he had an issue with. The rod wasn't purchased locally from the Toowoomba store, but Brad in the fishing section went above and beyond to address our needs. Not only did he sort out the rod issue, but he gave us heaps of great fishing advice... from rods, to line, to lures to just general do's and don'ts. He was a wealth of knowledge and a great guy to deal with. You're a credit to the store Brad.... Keep on fishing!

Went in to purchase a fish finder that was already discounted $40 on special .nBrad was super helpful and once we proceeded to the counter for payment he looked up anacondas price and did a price match of another $60 off. Super stoked with a discount of $100. Thanks Brad
The best customer service experience we have ever had a very busy store on a Sunday and we had no idea what we were doing, Brad came over and helped us his knowledge was priceless and we are very greatful, we had no idea about fishing when we walked in and we now know enough to fish.
