Your typical BCF, big, full of stock and void of customers.nnWe just called in to get one thing. Front counter was empty of staff. In fact, the whole place was empty of staff and customers. No idea how this place stays open?nnAfter walking up and down the aisles, we eventually stumbled across what we were after.nnAfter waiting for 5 minutes at the empty front counter, we decided to chase down someone, anyone to pay for our purchase. FINALLY we found someone at the back of the store.nnGuys, we could have walked out with ANYTHING! Pick up your game.
Very friendly service, the guys working there are very helpful. I had no idea about fishing, except when I was a kid with just a line, a hook, and a wine cork! I never touched a fishing rod or reel, or knew the difference between all kinds of fishing lines. I wanted to learn, but I didn’t know how to start. So, I went there, talked to them, and they were very helpful. They guided me on how to start, and every time I go there, they are always helpful.
BCF management, you guys hit a jackpot hire with Nicholas! 10/10 customer service! Whilst young, I am stunned by the depths of knowledge he has on fishing; from which type of fish we could catch in the river to bait, rod, reels… just amazing. The guy genuinely recommends products based on our specific needs and even went past closing time to go above and beyond. Deserving of recognition with his award winning customer service and couldn’t recommend him more. A very genuine thank you from both me and mum today, Nick!
Amazing customer service from Jesse & Ben, 100% satisfied. Its so hard to be acknowledged these days when you walk into a store, but my experience was suberb, great service, informative & polite. Well done
Spacious store with wide variety of stocks for camping or fishing. Outdoor clothing range isn't that big and sizing is a bit lean. Probably better if they cut clothing out from their shop range.
