I'm very impressed with the level of service and keen to help the staff within this branch. I was missing a part of my recent purchased BBQ, and i was ready to purchase a whole set. The staff went above and beyond trying to find the missing part at the back which they could not find. However they filled up the warranty form on me behalf, and by the replacement arrived today! Top notch service guys, keep it up!
Made the trip to this store while visiting Melbourne to pick up a product which was not in stock at other locations. Paul was extremely helpful and provided tips and recommendations for use as well as contacting another store to track down supporting item which only had display stock available at the Bayside store. Would highly recommend, staff product knowledge is excellent and customer service is exemplary. Help from Paul and BBQ Plus Bayside was much appreciated!
Purchased the Napoleon Rogue SE 525 over the black friday sales. Attempted to convert it over to a Natural Gas Connection and one of the gas orifice broke off inside the gas injector and there was no way of getting it out without damaging the injector, seems like the factory used a bit too much thread sealant and it just didn't want to move. Darrel from the Bayside store came down to have a look and have the parts replaced and the BBQ was up and running in no time. Great guys on the sales floor, but just as impressed with the post sales service in getting the grill up and running! Thanks Darrel!

Amazing service and product knowledge. Peter and Darryl are both excellent and very knowledgeable. I purchased a Weber Genesis II E455 Premium with accessories, very happy with the bbq. Highly recommend BBQs Plus, I will definitely be back soon to purchase a Weber Smoker.
Incredible service. Ordered over the weekend, received a call first thing Monday morning to double check someone would be home to receive the delivery a couple of hours later! At a time that our postal service and many couriers seem incapable of delivering packages, it's very refreshing to deal with a business that offers such great service. Highly recommended!
