Harassed me to pay an account only to have the name of their bank account name not accepted by my account .  Rang them - no clue.  Very unprofessional.  Had me on hold forever and hung up on me.  Had to ring me back three times!  No idea what they are doing.  If you want accounts to be paid in a timely manner - include accurate information on your accounts!

We popped into Amcal Pharmacy Bayswater after school for flu shots—my husband, our two girls, and me—and had an amazing experience. We didn’t have an appointment, but I’d called earlier to check and they said no problem at all.nnBrendan was the one who looked after us and he was so welcoming, calm, and helpful from the start. The kids really vibed with him straight away, which made such a difference. He used this clever little guard on their arms to distract them from the needle—it worked so well! Our 5-year-old, who completely lost it last year, didn’t even flinch this time.nnIt was such a smooth and positive experience. Huge thanks to Brendan and the team—we’ll definitely be back next year! Highly recommend, especially if you’ve got little ones.

Friendly people, very helpful. They have a lady here that provides support and discounts to new parents. Heaps of parking and open till 8pm for evening emergencies.

The few times I've been here they've given poor advice, provided unwanted/unsuitable products, and/or have been out of stock of medications.
