We have used Bayside Cat Resort for many years now, and all of our cats are always very well taken care of. Whenever we drop them off, they are naturally anxious to be out of their home, but when we pick them up from Bayside Cat Resort, they look happy, relaxed, and comfortable. Kerrie is one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to cats in terms of their diet and well-being, emotional management, etc. Often she has recommended very useful products that have made our daily lives easier. The cattery is spacious and always spotless, and I can trust Kerrie to maintain meticulous hygiene and health practices. Both Kerrie and her daughter Madison are always warm, friendly, caring, and communicate very well on text to help soothe any anxiety or answer any questions which is super helpful when far away on long trips. This is a service you can trust because Kerrie is a true animal lover and will always act in their best interest. It will continue to be our go-to "home away from home" for our beloved pets!
Wonderful cattery and wonderful owner! The facility is beautiful, the cats are clearly well cared for, and I was kept up to date with photos during my holiday. I also LOVE the adorable photos they take of the cats that stay with them - whoever their photographer is, they're really talented! I'll gladly leave my cat with Kerrie anytime.
Beautiful facilities with plenty of room and beds for each kitty. Our cats were well taken care of and given plenty of attention and love. It was nice to know they were well fed with the food they prefer and had a clean space while we were away. We look forward to boarding our two boys the next time we travel. Thank you Kerrie for looking after the kitties.
This is the only place I will leave my beloved kitty. Kerrie and Madi are fantastic with all the babies and I always feel like Jazzie has been especially looked after, even though there are other cats boarding here. Don't take your furbaby anywhere else!
Outstanding service and a wonderful owner. We have been so impressed with Kerrie, her facility and her team. We would gladly travel from anywhere in Melbourne to have our pet stay with them. After needing to use many different catteries we always choose Bayside Cat Resort for a few simple reasons. The biggest would be trust. We trust them. Our cat is always happy and now knows the owners she sometimes doesn't want to leave when we come to pick her up. Other reasons are that they are professional, clean, friendly and genuine cat lovers who understand and care for each and every cat that stays with them. Highly recommended.
This place is amazing!!! It is clean and cats are well looked after, they have space to play, toys and lots of cuddles. It is much better then what website shows. Kerrie is very knowledgable and her and her team have true passion for cats. We left our 6 month old kitten for 10 days for the first time. Kerrie was sending us updates and made the whole separation time easier for us. We also received some valuable feeding tips and our kitten was really looking good and happy when we picked him up. He almost did not want to go back home! We will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend their services to cat owners.
Kerrie is amazing, My Fur Children absolutely LOVE their holidays at Bayside Cat Resort. Always super Clean and plenty of eye Candy photographs on the wall of fellow cats and friends previously holidaying in the reception area. Nothing is ever too much trouble and always have "peace" of mind my Children are being well looked after and loved at a very reasonable price. Care like this is priceless!! Thank you Kerrie and Bayside Cat Resort!
Kerrie was absolutely fantastic. This place is the cleanest cat resort I have ever seen. The week before I was leaving she was honest and told me a cat was sneezing and possibly sick so I cancelled and booked somewhere else. When I went to take the cats in I was appalled at the conditions and the horrific smell, and could not leave my babies there. So last minute the morning I was leaving Kerrie worked her magic to accommodate me and my three cats. I will always use these guys when I need to go away. Highly recommended
Highly recommend Kerrie and her team at Bayside Cat Resort! Our cat has stayed here twice and on both occasions our experience has been nothing but outstanding & our cat absolutely loves it! The resort is super clean and well maintained and the customer service is impeccable. It’s so nice knowing you’re leaving your loved one in great hands when you’re away. Had Netty and Jinger stay here of various occasions, and always a wonderful experience for them. very friendly staff and highly recommended
