Came here for a Sunday lunch and felt a bit rushed. The presentation of some of the dishes were a hit and miss. Quality was ok however the prices are very overpriced a seafood platter for two for $210, crepes suzette for 2 cost $39. Also keep in mind there is a Sunday/public holiday surcharge of $5.50 pp. Would I come back here again.. very unlikely.
This is a five star restaurant. I highly recommend coming here. I loved it here, we got a massive platter and it was the best thing ever. Come down here now and get a once in a lifetime experience in a fancy restaurant and the vest seafood ever.
Dined here for a birthday dinner. About 18 of us. Quality of food was good. Steak, seafood all good. The Calamari as a separate entree order was great. But the calamari in the platter was dry, small sized. The platter was impressive looking. A bit pricey at 190 for two people. I'd suggest you order this and garlic bread and you're done. Creme brulee was good. Though the sugar coating was chewy. I'd say because the restaurant was busy and it lingered in the kitchen a bit too long.
Had the seafood platter and it was amazing! So fresh and yummy. Views over the water water at sunset were beautiful. Always great service!Food: 5/5

It was extremely busy the night we went. But!!!! The service was amazing even tho we had to wait awhile it was well worth it! The salad and the garlic bread where great starters and tasted amazing. The seafood was the best I’ve had in Sydney and they give you heaps of food! I will be back to bay blu for many more occasions cheers for a wonderful night!
We were told the food is fresh and so you'd expect from a place that charges so much, turns out, the seafood is frozen and I have seen evidence of that. The waiter was nice, food ok, however I will not support a business built on a foundation of lies, especially when it's their main selling point. Disappointed.
We went there as a family for a Birthday Dinner. Unfortunately, we were all quite disappointed: used dishes with leftover food were piled up on half of the tables of the restaurant but nobody of the staff cared to clean it up although it wasn’t busy that night.The table we were guided to had food spilled over the floor which no one came to remove for the entire time we were there. The overpriced food was average in taste and presentation. It was our first visit to this restaurant and we won’t be returning as guests.
