Nikki and Bianca were AMAZING. I called up in the morning with a very sore tooth a filling by a different dentist had fallen out, they fitted me in, sorted out the issue with a new filling, and it was a deep one. Lilian, who organized everything and followed up is also a star. The care factor was very high, and it always feels great to know that people care about the results. Everybody was so patient, kind and understanding. Back for my teeth clean on the 12th October...the best!!!
My visit to Bay Road dental was an exceptional experience. Dr Kitty is a highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable dentist with a very gentle and caring manner. I can't recommend this dental clinic highly enough. It's so comforting to have such a competent team of friendly professionals attend to my sensitive teeth which I had been tolerating for years. In one appointment, Dr Kitty reduced the sensitivity of my teeth from 10/10 to zero! Thank you again to Dr Gary and the whole team at Bay Road Dental.
Have had two particularly pleasant experiences with Dr Truong and Bay Road Dental recently. The entire staff on both occasions were polite and friendly and Dr Truongs & dental assistants manners were both professional and reassuring. Would recommend this clinic to anyone needing dental work!
I attended the Bay Dental around early March 2021. It was a fairly lengthy appointment. I was in a wheelchair and had to transfer from the wheelchair to the dental chair. My brother helped me with the transfer as well as the Dentist and the Dental assistant. The receptionist was very helpful and the Dentist was on time. Due to the fact that I was in a wheelchair the Dentist allowed me to stay in the Dental chair for the rest of the treatment, including the preparation of the crown, for example. All in all, I spent a couple of hours in the Dental chair which was fairly comfortable; the Dentist Dr Hadar was extremely helpful. The practice is in a good area in North Brighton The receptionist was very helpful
What a wonderful Dental Practice, Having cracked a tooth and in severe pain they were wonderful in every way. From Elizabeth on the front desk to Bianca - Dental assistant & and of course Dr Gary To. Dr. Gary made me feel at ease - alleviating my angst & informatively walked me through all the possible procedures. At no time did I fell pressured for them to provide any treatment - just explained my options - and Dr. Gary even gave me a local anesthetic so I was in no pain Regardless of my decision. I am so glad I decided to let Dr Gary perform the extraction - wonderful "Bed side manner" and everyone is totally "Patient comes First" focused. Thank you so much Bay Road Dental for your care, and professionalism .
Extremely happy with our experience at Bay road dental. It was our 3 year old daughter’s first visit to the dentist and we managed to do a check up and a clean without any hiccups. Gary was so friendly, patient and professional. Thanks Bay road dental!
All the staff here are wonderful. I have had great experiences with both Nikki and Gary, they are thorough and give very balanced advice. Nikki was also great with my young daughter when she was nervous about having an extraction.
Saw Dr. Nikki for a comprehensive assessment after a cracked filling. I haven't been to a Dentist in a long while due to phobia and anxiety. Dr. Nikki made me feel at ease, she was very calming and gentle. She devised a treatment plan for me to follow and answered all my questions. I left with alot of knowledge about my options. I highly recommend Dr Nikki and the team at Bayroaddental!
Thank you Dr Gary for your kind, fun, calm manner with my kids aged 7 and 10. If attending with kids, ask for the treatment room with the ! Avoid the gelato store next door, it looks too delicious
Excellent dental service, right from the initial call up until the end of service. Great team and very reasonably priced. Tooth extraction never felt so easy and painless. Highly recommend them.
