Great challenging course, loved the  down hill 7th hole par 3 and hole 2 par 5 down hill dog leg. Greens true and fast

Relaxed atmosphere. Pretty well kept course. Nice greens. Not expensive. Rental clubs were pretty good. Fairways were above average.  Very forgiving rough.

Beautiful course with amazing staff. A must play when visiting Northland and Bay of Islands area

Course was immaculate. Great corse to play.

We arrived on Monday to be told the earliest we could get a coffee was Wednesday; no catering.  As pensioners, we queried with the Pro whether we could comfortably walk the course he thought so and pointed us to the strollers:  “They’re free… you’ll see why”.  Well even with a stop after 9, the course is so steep in parts that my wife had to go in after 16.  The back 9 was very slow because despite a sign forbidding it, most members seem to prefer to start on the 10th.  As for the course, the layout is good, the fairways generous, excellent greens.  In short, a good course spoiled.
