The work was excellent, the service outstanding and the follow up was welcome. I'm happy to recommend Bay of Islands Computers. It's great to be able to get things fixed without having to send the laptop to Auckland.
Friendly, efficient, service. Very clear communication from all staff both reception and service people. Advice given if the problem reoccurred so I could fix the situation myself, I think this was an excellent extra. I have recommended them and will again.
We've used BOI Computers for 6+ years for business and personal computers - using Office 365 and networks, through several major changes. The team there are always responsive, helpful, and results oriented - they find a solution. I highly recommend this company to others
I particularly enjoyed the prompt replies to emails and questions. Also the follow up is impressive. I had Windows 10 reinstalled. Great job. However it would have been useful to have been reminded that I would have to update Windows 10. I was not aware that I had to do this and it was only when I found that I needed an updated driver that I realised I had to update the Windows 10 new installs. This took ages and I had to keep restarting my computer. I enjoyed the friendly and helpful service from Bay of Islands Computer Staff. However it was obviously a bad day for the staff on my 2nd visit when I introduced a friend who needed her computer cleaned and serviced. I’ll continue to support Bay of Islands Computers.
Thanks for the effort that you guys put into my problem with a machine supplied from a dodgy Auckland computer company. Your assessment and advice along the report regarding the machine I was sold, will help with my case in the disputes tribunal. I appreciate the extra mile you went during this difficult and delicate process.
I had a broken power button on my laptop and took it to BOI computers as they were highly recommended. They had to send the laptop away for repairs, but it all happened quickly and I had it back fixed! in no time. What I likes best about the service was that BOI Computers kept me informed every step of the way. Well done!
