I just had the prawn benedict at Bay Leaf Cafe, it was simply gorgeous. The Hollandaise was perfect, homemade with the right amount of acidity. The service is amazing, love the menu, one of my favourite places to eat in Apollo Bay.
I would like to say that I will go back again, but there are so many places to try on the strip. Apollo Bay is a beautiful place to visit
