In response to your reply: It's the OWNER who was incredibly rude. You can write nice responses to all the negative feedback, at the end of the day its ACTIONS which speak the loudest.Took the kids to have a look on Saturday, rude staff, waste of time if you want help. Thought I'd give them another go the other weekend this time Useless, NO model railway stock or basically nothing. We ended up at the Hamilton Gardens and spent my money with another hobby store instead!

As far as I can remember (20 odd years) the shop has always opened at 9am seems like the opening time has changed to 9.30. Inconvenient for me on that day but never mind.

Staff incredibly rude, the lady and guy behind the counter, were more interested in each other than their customers! I needed help with model railway, they weren't interested, so I took my business elsewhere to a lovely couple who have just started a hobby shop, I was more than happy to spend my money there!!

After looking at the reviews online I was sceptical about coming to this hobby shop. However, I was completely surprised by how helpful the staff were!

This is the worst shop ever, telling other customers they can't leave unless they buy something. I certainly won't be back.
