Terri is so lovely very understanding and compassionate I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else my dog is 9 and I’ve never been able to get anyone to trim his toe nails but she just has a way with animals
Thank you to the team at Baw Baw Paws Warragul for their help, understanding and support with neutering my male mouse. Vet Terri, Maddie and Jade did an amazing job in looking after, performing the delicate surgery and providing aftercare for my beloved mouse Onyx. He is now one happy boy living out the rest of his life with 7 of his girlfriends.
The Vet in charge treats staff and students very poorly with no respect. The clinic itself needs a good clean or upgrade, would not recommend this vet clinic
My partner and I recently had to put our beautiful dog Bear down. We had never been to this vet, but were planning on burying our boy on a family property in Tanjil South and this vet had been recommended to us by our neighbours.nnAs you can imagine, putting your dog down is one of the hardest things you can ever do. The two lovely women made the process the most beautiful that it could have been. The room was dim and candlelit and they were so loving towards our beautiful boy 50kg three legged mastiff x Great Dane. We could not be more grateful. Thank you. Couldn't recommend enough.
My dad had been taking his dog to this vet for a couple of years. On One occasion she was booked in for dental work, initially he was told she only needed two teeth removed. When my dad picked her up, a male nurse told him she had three removed then the vet came out and told him she had 7 removed. On a second occasion my dad took her in as she was having issues with her bowels and they gave her the once over and said she was absolutely fine. Three days later he had to have her put down as she was in excruciating pain, had a blocked bowel and a mass in her stomach. Needless to say they were devastated. Absolutely disgusting service, unprofessional and what gets me the most is the lies. My dad absolutely loved our dog Dusty and to see him go through what he went through seeing dusty in so much pain and knowing that the suffering could have been prevented is so wrong.nDo not recommend at all.
