Needed a battery replacement for my car. Wow was not expecting such high level of professionalism and quality of service! These guys really care about their work. Had the absolute pleasure of being served by Raphael. The replacement was quick, prices are very reasonable, especially considering the installation was free. Will definitely be coming back here for my battery needs!
Everyone at this store is amazing! I have been here on 2 occasions now 4 different staff members and every single one has been extremely helpful. I was purchasing quite thick high current cable OO and they knew exactly what they were doing crimping the terminals and providing me with great advice and products. I now drive from the eastern suburbs to Ryde just because I know these guys will provide such excellent service and workmanship. Thanks again.

Simply brilliant service . Raphael tested my battery and then recommended a new one at a highly competitive price. The location of my relative’s broken down Yaris was nearby , so he actually came with me to fit the battery. Such customer care is the example for others to follow. It's been a few years since I last visited Battery World Ryde. When my car battery died on me last week, I thought of visiting it again even though we've already moved suburbs. I arrived a few minutes early of the opening time. However, I was greeted and served by Jay when he saw me park outside and who probably sensed I need to immediately report for work right after. Even though I told him that I knew my battery's dead, he still offered and did a test which makes sense, to check if there are other causes/issues in my car's power system. After confirming that it's indeed the battery, he proceeded on replacing the unit giving me a couple of informed options beforehand without being pushy on getting the more expensive one. Overall, I don't regret coming this way again. I will definitely come back if needed and will recommend the centre to my friends.
I call them on a Sunday asking for a mobile service and guess what! I have had the best service ever! Thanks Jay for the service and being friendly and punctual and also to Jim for his good customer service on the phone!
Absolutely top notch service. Popped in for a battery test for a flat battery and was out the door with a new battery fitted and perfect in 8 minutes! Wonderful and knowledgeable staff!
Zero service, call to get a battery asked if it’s in stock followed by asking for a price match something battery world Bankstown would do given they 80$ more expensive than the competition. They advise it’s possible so I drive there only to be told not and being given dirty looks.
Unbelievable service, from the phone etiquette to the instore experience, to the after-sale experience. I bought a battery for my motorbike when my last was flat. They tested the last battery, sold the new battery and off I went. Something wrong with my motorbike and my battery was flat again, they charged the battery and tested it again for me. Turns out the alternator was draining the battery, thanks for the great service and help to direct me to the alternator
