I agree with all the other 1 star reviewers I came here today 13/12/2022 . Was the worst bowling experience in my life the old bat behind the counter doesn't care at all had to say excuse me very loud before she could be bothered to serve me bowling balls are chip beyond any possibility of being able to bowl properly this is not a show of the Flintstones. I think the lanes are possibly warped she couldn't even supply my Wife with matching shoes and they looked like they should have been thrown out 10 years ago. THE PLACE IS A DUMP don't go here you'll waste your money. Please Mayor of Bathurst do something about this.

Went to take our son bowling today as it is his birthday. The website says they are open today, in fact it states open 7 days and MOST public holidays. Today is New Year’s Eve -Not A Public Holiday, so they should be open, right? WRONG! Not only are they not open, there is no signage to say they are closed or when they will be open again. We even waited for 15 mins in case they were just running late - not a good way to run your business! Didn’t want to even give a single star but had to to post this review because it isn’t open, the website is not up to date, the Facebook page hasn’t been updated in almost 3 years and the only sign on the door indicated they should be open and they weren’t.
Great place to take the kids. Staff were however very slow to serve at the main counter. Was waiting close to 20 mins for anyone ti even acknowledge my family. Other then that kids loved the place
Good Place To Cure Boredom NEEDS AN UPGRADE IMMEDIATELY Extremely short staffed, especially on busy Saturdays. On weekdays, in work hours, it's great and empty. Good food VERY expensive to book lanes. Staff could be nicer, but they're OK. Good bowling system. Bowling screens use Windows xp 60% arcade games out of order. I put a coin in a machine, as I thought I worked, but then, AFTER I PUT MY COIN IN, THE WOMAN PUT AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN ON IT. EXCUSE ME?? I NEED A REFUND. Disorganised and busy for my kids birthday day party, but It worked out in the end. Slightly recommend. Good entertainment
DO NOT GO HERE!! I started working at the bowling as a favour to the owner and it probably would have had to be the worst employment experience of my life the owner is extremely rude, demanding and inconsiderate she pays all of her employees with the lowest grade possible and constantly gets into arguments with her manager in the eye of the public, she forces her sick employees to work and I even experienced her manhandling me without my consent, she has minimal staff resulting in over worked and underpaid staff, she is constantly breaching her employees personal privacy, the owner of this establishment should not be in customer service and to be honest should retire.
Arrived at 7:30pm to play a couple of games of bowling for my partners birthday, we played a game of pool and it was 8pm when I asked for a lane to play just one game due to the time, the old lady at the counter told me no and was very rude towards me, she told me she was closing the bowling alley early, when i told her the time on the website said 9:30 close she agreed and told me she was closing early because there were not enough customers when I obviously was a paying customer and told me we couldn’t play because she wanted to drive to orange. Customer service was horrible as I waited 5 minutes at the desk for her to decide to serve me even when politely saying “excuse me” and just all round a horrible attitude and rude.
Bowling was fine until the scoring equipment malfunctioned and we couldn't keep score, that and it not being consistent with the scoring lead to a unpleasant experience, on top of that the staff were unpleasant and rude specifically the old lady. We also were told we would have to wait 40 minutes while the lanes were cleaned despite it taking 2 minutes per lane and multiple lanes currently in use, we were told 15 minutes later we could play, overall don't recommend and not satisfied.
"Let's Go Bowling! Bowling! Bowling!" Bathurst Tenpin Bowling is a fun, friendly, & great place to go on a play date with the family and playmates to! You can grab a drink & a feed , have a game or 2 of bowls, & even play some pool or some arcade games in their decent sized arcade area, that offers a good variety of games for everyone to choose from! Bathurst Tenpin Bowling... Absolutely worth planning a "PlAyDaTe"to for a family friendly fun time!
Great little centre for the family. Prices are as expected. If you go during the day, you'll get a lane, not very busy at all.
