Visited Tuesday lunch. Had the gnocchi, pasta special, kids fish n chips and kids pasta. Also had the panna cotta. Both adult dishes were really good. The dessert was OK. Sign up the rewards for 10 bucks off, was a good deal.
Amazing experience at the Bassendean Hotel with my 92 year old Dad who had his first beer there as a young man. We told the staff this story and he was offered a beer on the house to celebrate his return! We are all very moved that he was made to feel special in this way. The bottomless roast was delicious, the building charming and the staff very friendly and attentive. I would thoroughly recommend a meal at the Bassendean hotel. It was the best lunch experience we have had in years.
Got my 3 favourite people together for a Sunday roast lunch. Food was sensational everything full of flavour and the beef was so tender. We could have had more but didn’t finish all of our first serve and also had dessert to come. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend and will return.
Lunch on the sunny front verandah was nice today. I eat here a bit and the food is consistently good. Today’s burger was no exception and mum loved her fish tacos.nGrateful that I can still get Nail Brewing Red Ale here, but I’m still mad at you guys for replacing the locally brewed Nail Pale with yet another generic lager from over east. There, I said it. Bring back our beer please.nStill 5 stars, despite the hurt feelings.
First time here. Solo traveller.nWhat a lovely pub to catch-up with a friend on a Sunday afternoon.nThe meals were huge servings, and very tasty. I had the pork sausage in a huge Yorkshire pudding with mash & gravy. My friend the chicken Snittzy. Mmm.nService was prompt and staff helpful.nOnly negative, the price for drinks are $$$!
