Always good to go here. The hardest thing is choosing your flavours.
Always yummy ice-cream
Asked for green tea icecream and received it with a spoon that had chocolate icecream dripping down it. I pointed it out to them and they offered to replace the spoon that looked like it had been used by another person. I had to hint to them that they need to replace the whole order. Didn't even apologise.
Super impressed with Mia's customer service at North Lakes 22nd August 20. She served our young family with helpful tips on cone sizes with young kids, I asked her what her fave was for me to try and she knew straight away : Super impressed, this is delicious. Store is clean, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you!
Its a good BR store. Covid safe. Parking can be bit tricky. Accepts entertainment vouchers.

The only negative is how addictive it is. Points system has now been introduced via an app. Pay through app, earn points to receive free items. Birthday freebie and a free scoop when sign on for app.
I love ice cream and they do such great ice creams, probably my favourite place to come to, compared to the others I been to this place is so great!
Ice cream out is always such a decadence. Super yummy flavours, and lots of variety including in sundaes, cones and toppings. I adore spoiling myself with a cheeky outing of ice cream
Love icecream? there no other place to grab your fix, with customer service that smiles at your intent to devour the list of many flavour on offer. Must acknowledge genius in play here....
