Ice cream is good, customer service.... not so much. I came last weekend and the Indian lady who served us, she was so lovely and sweet so we came back this weekend hoping we would get the same friendly service. But today the blonde girl behind the counter never greeted us, never smiled, wasn’t at all friendly. And that sucked because our first experience in the store was amazing but the second time/ third time round nope, same girl, same negative attitude. To me it seemed like she didn’t want to work there at all...

The two guys working here on the Friday night were clearly working very hard, it was super busy when we came in and one guy was making 4+ shakes by himself and was clearly busy but still had a good attitude and good service. Generous helpings, fair prices, good flavours. Will come back.

Baskin's always has great tasting ice cream. This particular store is sometimes out of a lot of the flavors which can be disappointing however they have plenty of the main favorites.  I love Gold Medal Ribbon with some Hot chocolate fudge added in. :-

The customer service I received on Tuesday was extremely good! The blonde boy working at the time was very friendly and introduced me to the Baskin Robbins app. Overall a great experience and delicious ice-cream!!

Usually really good, however since they have changed ownership the ice cream has gotten more expensive. I asked for a take home pack usually $16.85 which they have upped the price to $18.95 ontop of that they didn't even fill the container up or weigh it. I also asked for some take home fudge, which had only been filled 1/3 of the way to the top and i was still charged full price $3.50 for about a tablespoon of fudge. I use to love ot there so much but just seems to worry more about how much money they are making and not about the customer. I would give you a zero star rating but the flavors are always delicious and for this reason im scoring you a 1/5 stars.

Im sorry but what ice cream shop “runs out of waffle cones” 2 hours after opening? Then offers us the deluxe waffle cones but lets us know we must pay an additional $1? Um what.

Very poor experience with this business, first of all the Indian lady behind the counter is extremely rude and arrogent , then the ice cream I was served had large ice particles in it. I also found that the ice cream is very over priced compared to other near by stores  I would not recommend this ice cream store, as my experience was very poor.

It used to be good but in last few visits the quality has degraded a lot. Bought a waffle cone and underneath it was all burnt and soggy. The quantity was not enough.

Most times i've been there they are either out of stock of a particular flavour or manage to burn either the waffles or the fudge. Strathpine & Boondall much better :

Totally got  ripped off for a single scoop that i ordered.Got the scoop in a kids cup for  the price of an adult scoop worth $5.The lady deliberately served me in a kids cup when there were so many adult cups for a single or double scoop already lying there.I asked her to whether with the start of a new year have  they changed their sizes the reply that i got back from her was not that she was aware of.I then decided to go in the other store to investigate the truth with an empty cup. On reaching i was told there that they only use kids cup if a single scoop served in an adult cup are finished and the person there also added  that the it would be weighed  in before serving an adult scoop if given in a kids cup.I was served in a total of 92gms of icecream in a cup that is supposedly for a kid.Genuinely  i should  have been given 114gms and that too in a adult cup  that was available.Beware of their quantity for a price that you pay.
