Went into Baskin & Robbins in Ashmore and there was only one out of the two fridges turned on. Asked for Mint Choc Chip ice cream and the response was, and I quote, "we have none. There is plenty other." Very rude and very snarky response from worker there. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I will step foot in B&R stores again, I love their ice cream, but I will never ever set foot in this store again. If I could leave negative stars I would. Baskin & Robbins head office need to have a look at retraining the workers here. Absolutely disgusting.

Cones are stale, disgusting icecream, horrible service. The asian slave working for an illegal under the table wage could barely speak english. Avoid at all costs, you would be better off giving money to a homeless junkie so that they could get their next hit. The worst baskin robbins i have ever been to

Limited selection of ice cream as one display freezer was non operational. The interior was run down and depressibg. I could hear the sole staff member watching videos on her phone whilst we waited to be served.

an absolute amazing ice cream cakes from this shop, very well done, very pleased!

The service I received was very poor. I walked in with my daughter only to find that they had only 16 flavours instead of 32 flavours like every other baskin robins sell. My daughter ordered a kids fundae only to find the nuts soft and stale the cherry very sour the cream tasting out of date and the ice cream half melted. So from now on we are staying with Sorrento baskin robins as we always received excellent service and a full range of yummy ice cream to choose from.
