Staff where super friendly, allowed us too taste test many flavours as we had a family friend over from the UK and was super curious and unsure on what flavour to get. Ended up getting a mamouth 3 scooper, great prices good ice cream and outstanding customer service!
Zoie was a great help with our order. We were being very particular trying to create the perfect Sunday mixture. She was patient and offered us advice on what might be best. Thank you Zoie! You star!
TIP if you get the bubblegum flavour it melts super fast so kids beware! It'll drip all over you before you leave the store!
Brilliant service. Fast friendly. Amazing ‘character’ ice creams for the kids - mermaids - unicorns - monsters we didn’t know they had these till we got there but the kids loved every taste of them.
I was served by Taylah this evening, she has been pretty quick and made my ultimate take home pack nicely . It was busy with over 6 customers at once as well as Uber orders. She has managed pretty well! She should be working with someone else though, so she wouldn’t have been overwhelmed. My 5 stars will go for the good service and efficiency!
Probably worst customer service I have ever experienced, went in with my mum tonight. Mum was served and out the door relatively quickly, however when I was ready to order the two girls working decided to have a chat about another customer experience, using alot of descriptive language, when I was finally served I asked for a one scoop smore sundae thingy which was displayed on the glass, the girl looked confused and went into a back room to giggle about it with her coworker, then when she came out told me they did vertical sundaes for a little more dearer, worried they would spit in my order if I discussed further they looked like the type I agreed to a vertical sundae, there they decided to dance and sing along to a rap song not appropriate for a Baskin robins alot of profanity, one even got their phone out to snapchat themselves dancing and singing while the other took her time making my sundae. These girls really shouldn't be put on shift together, they are messy
I visited today BaskinRobbins in byron bay in australia, ridiculous service given by Zarah and there was one more lady. Coughing on the icecream and than arguing with me. Never seen such people on the earth even after making them realize what they r doing is wrong. I was also told to leave the BR if i dont need the coughed icecreams. I have visited many countries but never seen such people. I also noted there are complants against the staffs a week back on google but no action has been taken by BR. Arent you taken these seriously, are you not worried about the customer service. Keep.me updated on this complant coz i will make sure this reachs the CEO
Unfriendly sour faced Asian lady. We stopped ordering half way through our order due to ordinary service. Baskin & Robbins you should review this store as the reviews show a big issue
Loved the shakes here! Had the choc mint ultimate shake and caramel crunch thickshake which were both delicious! Huuuge props to the dynamic duo tall young bloke and brunette on Sat night 09/01 who were getting slammed but continued to have great service.
The girl working there was nice but I ended up not buying anything after waiting to order for 10 minutes. Need more than one person working there.
