Base Espresso Benowa

We come here regularly and the food is fresh and flavours are amazing. Coffee is always exactly how I like it and the kids love the shakes and slushies. Atmosphere is friendly and the music is pretty great too.

Great little cafe! Only had a chicken wrap but it was delicious, and the menu is reasonably priced, Keen to come back!!

Seven of us arrived at around 10am Saturday and I went to order. Asked the seemingly disinterested guy at the counter for a chicken wrap for my son. Was informed after he checked with the chef it would be 15-20 mins. Said that was all good. Then I started to ask for Mushrooms and sourdough for my daughter. Well he slammed his hand on the menu and without eye contact he shouted ONLY WHAT"S ON THE MENU. Great attitude and customer service. His compatriot making coffee had a nice smirk as I said thanks we are leaving. We went inside to another coffee shop where we were warmly greeted and told we could have anything we wanted. No wonder the Coast has a reputation of "you are lucky we serve you". Good luck to your business you will need it with that attitude.

Love love love this cafe! Great atmosphere and the staff are super nice, willing to accomodate to whatever you like. Highly recomend the coffee- one of the best I've had in a while.
