We would like to take this opportunity to thank Barry Plant Real Estate in Wallan. The service that we have received from time of signing to sell our home to the contract going unconditional has been absolutely outstanding. Every step of the process has been made completely stress free and with outstanding agents like Sarah Fraser , Sally Long and Simon Best we could not have wished for a better result. Our home hit the internet advertising on a Thursday and we had an accepted offer 36 hours later incredible to say the least. The thoughtfulness of the staff and caring nature of the agents is second to none, and being informed every step of the way is a real bonus, agents are punctual and very professional with an attitude that made us the sellers very relaxed and confident. We have recently sold our home through Barry Plant Wallan and we were lucky enough to have Sarah Fraser guiding us the whole way! Sarah treated the sale of our home as if it was her own and ensured that we were always well informed and kept communicating with us the entire time (the entire week it took us to sell!). As it was our first time selling, what could have been a very daunting and overwhelming experience was seemless and we couldn't recommend Sarah more highly!!

We have purchased, sold and rented through Barry Plant Mitchell Shire. Sarah Fraser was our agent for our purchase and sale. I cannot recommend her higher. She is professional and works so hard to genuinely get the best results. Sarah has a work ethic like no other. We will always recommend Sarah and Barry Plant to others in the Mitchell Shire.
