This is one of the most effective workouts I’ve done- and it’s actually a lot of fun. Lovely teachers, great music and after just a few lessons I found my posture improving. Barre gives you a lean and toned dancers physique rather than bulking you up.
Barre is fun and challenging. Not every class is exactly the same and the instructors are extremely helpful ensuring the students are getting the most out of the class by correcting poses etc. The classes are both challenging for the regulars and not too daunting for newcomers. I also appreciate the flexibility of my membership. Whilst I had an injury preventing me from using my membership Gabrielle was extremely helpful and understanding by putting my membership on hold which I really appreciated.
The teacher I had for my first ever barre body class Alex was lovely and directed the class very well so I never felt like I didn't know what I was doing. I love the studio and the pace of the classes are great. The two week intro pass is amazing value and I'm loving trying out all the different classes!
I love everything about Barre Body. The studios are impeccable, the teachers without a doubt the best at what they do and classes are always varied and challenging. The location of the Bondi studio is great, really easy to get to and the timetable offers lots of options to get to class during the week and on the weekends as well. And I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the teachers are.
Awesome workout for core strength. They have many types of barre classes, but barre cardio classes is my favourite as it combines strength and cardio. The teachers are really great, and so is the studio location. The studio itself is gorgeous, super clean and has great amenities. Highly recommend Barre Body! :
I feel like I'm getting a really thorough workout that is targeting all the difficult spots, and I love the variety of classes on offer and the clean studio environment! Every teacher has their own teaching style so no two classes are ever the same and I've noticed a huge improvement in my strength and posture, as well as in the range of motion in my knee post surgery.
how i will review being the only guy on 4 classes in one week? it was great and stratifying. first time doing barre body and i enjoyed training hard, the comfortable location and easy vibe at the studio, and especially the friendly teachers which craft an excellent workout sessions.
I really enjoy barre body and am happy with the results I am seeing. I am becoming stronger and can feel the difference in posture which is making huge a difference to me every day at work. This is amazing to me as I hadn't exercised in years and was almost exercise phobic. All the instructors have been really patient with me and helping me with my form which I really appreciate as I have always been so uncoordinated! Thank you
I love everything about the classes. They are the perfect size never too crowded. The teachers are very attentive and always ensure you are using the correct technique. It's a warm, friendly and positive atmosphere. And so much fun!!!!
Great teachers who actually help you get the correct technique. Plus you 'feel the burn' in practically every class. Since doing barre classes I have a noticeably more toned body and I am much stronger now. Plus the space is really nice
