Bought our car from here 4yrs ago with good help back then. Been getting it serviced here ever since. It is worth the drive from Salisbury because we have no complaints at all. The staff are always friendly, professional and explain all that has been done at the service. Would definitely recommend Barossa Nissan.
Purchased a Patrol from Barossa Nissan and convinced 2 of my Mates to do the same. Had a broken tyre pressure monitor so organized a replacement for the next service. I had one not showing up on the screen. At the service they said there was a problem and they couldn't fix the tyre pressure monitors but would look into it and get back to me. When I got in the car 2 tyres weren't showing up. A few days later I rebooked the car back at Barossa Nissan, they had the car all day and then when I went to pick it up they said Nissan wouldn't pay for the work and that the non Nissan towbar was the fault. The third time it went in for the monitors they again couldn't fix it and blamed the ARB bull bar and spot lights. I then took the car to another Nissan dealer who found the new sensor was faulty and the other had no tyre pressure monitor at all. I wrote to Barossa and said I wanted 2 TPM replaced. They called me to say they could take another look. They are just another dealer that don't care about you after you have purchased your car. We bought a new car recently and because of the way Barossa Nissan treated me it wasn't a Nissan. I love my Patrol but it will be the last Nissan I buy.
Servicing of vehicle left a lot to be desired. Several things not done that was specifically requested. Follow up call to the owner made little difference.
The booking 70k service was easy, very friendly and efficient. Asked to check air and pollen filters because we've been on gravel. The service manager and head mechanic could not have been more helpful. The only improvement was I had to clean the air filter and pollen filter out and catch can after the service. On the invoice I was charged for this. Maybe the apprentice needs a tune up.
Just want to say thank you to Gavin and the friendly people in the work shop. Who ever I passed where happy to say hello. Also I’d like to say thank you for servicing my patrol in a professional manner at a fair price. There are so many people in such a hurry these days. Love your old fashioned yet up to date expertise. I’ve used you only a couple of times but looking forward to sticking with you . Cheers
Did the job which was fine! However left an engine fault light on the dash ! Went back twice to rectify, didn't repair fault and wanted to charge me for a fault they created! who I spoke to who was supposedly the service manager was rude and disrespectful to his customer!! So now I am left with a Dash fault to be repaired by someone else!! I would not go back !!!! or recommend Barrossa Nissan to any other person !!
Great family business best trade in values in the Barossa they sell and service Renault vehicles too. A great team of people
The staff at Barossa Nissan went above and beyond for me when purchasing my car. I find it hard when looking for a car- not knowing who's telling the truth, or who's being a slimey salesman. But there was no doubting the genuinity of these guys. They helped in every single way, and I will be going back in a few weeks to buy a car for my small business. Definitely female friendly. A great experience and I highly recommend.
