Our company purchased 3x Everest's via a fleet company to be delivered via Maughan Theim. 2 were delivered at Barossa Ford.nnThe fleet salesman was very nice and helpful in regard to delivery of the vehicles.nnHe advised us to contact him to arrange our Peace Of Mind service, as they would like to see the vehicles serviced there.nnA week or so later I sent a message to the salesman asking him to please direct us in the right direction to arrange floor mats for both vehiciles, and we would look to have them fitted at the POM. I requested a response via email as I needed the quote for approval. No response was received.nnAnother few weeks later, I messaged again regarding the floor mats, and assistance to book my car in for the POM.nNo response received.nnAbout a week later, when looking on the Barossa Ford website to book in the POM, a chat function appeared.nnI made the same request on there, a call or email back with a price on floor mats and assistance in booking the POM. I gave my name, number, email, make, model, year, rego and was told the service department would be in touch.nnIn the meantime, my colleague who lives 5 mins from another Ford dealer phoned to arrange his POM and had it done a few days later. He advised me he will probably use the other dealer for the general service and maintenance needs.nnOver 3 weeks later, after no contact, I again went onto the chat function and provided my queries again.nnI advised I had been waiting 3 weeks, this time I gave all of the same information, including KMS this time... Which was 5k now 2k overdue for the POM.nnAgain I was told I would receive a call from service.nnIt has been 3 days and still no response.nnIt is ironic, as I have previously worked for the MT group, and also another Ford dealer.nnCustomer service and making the customer feel appreciated was pressured onto us at MT as it was valuable for success.nnAlthough using the alternative dealership close to my colleague is less than ideal I think that may be the way to go for our regular servicing needs which can be often given the area our company covers.
