The pick up and drop off service was great. Collecting the car was a bit slow. Car was perfect. Was told the $500 deposit would be refunded 7-10 days. It’s been 17 days and I have no received my deposit. Spoke to car centre who advises it’s up to 30days. All in all, pretty average experience.
Convenient to Brisbane airport with friendly and prompt pick up to the office 2 km and return to airport after vehicle drop off. Super quick at pick up and return. Staff are very helpful and efficient. My car was good. Thanks
Very Good Price, Good Customer service... Excellent...
Terrible we had to get a taxi, extra money for us on top of the car hire, they didn't even tell a couple that were there stranded in the car park, Sunday morning, so we shared taxi with them, and showed them where to put the key. All because don't open early
Staff were awesome loved my little Accent a #good pickup and drop off. Will be back thanks Alana Bargain
