Both times I visited the store, I observed a staff member, maybe in her 40’s - 50’s, being very negative and aggressive. This staff member was constantly sighing and showing that she was very annoyed at the state of the store, due to clothes being left in the change rooms. I overheard various comments such as 'I'm so over this' as well as complaining to another staff member that she was 'pissed off'. She also continued to push the hangers aggressively. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. The only time she addressed me (was not even when I entered the store), but when she believed I had dumped clothes at the entrance of the changing rooms and came to my change room saying, 'excuse me, how many items do you have?'in a very agressive tone. I was merely clearing out the clothes that had piled up in there. Sent an email to Bardot, but got a pretty mild response. Will never return.

Worst customer service One of the rude staff she looks like in her late 40s - when I was asking for a size small for one of the dress, then she talked back to me say "what do you mean size small, we only have 6,8,10,etc" ...Is this a joke? Sizing guide is one of the most basic thing especially in retail along with her rude attitude is unacceptable. Will never come back

I was there about two weeks ago. I noticed the lady was working there wasn't enthused of helping me. She was the oldest one in her late 40s to 50 years old. Definitely not going back.
