If you want to avoid any place in Moonah, steer clear of Barber Caves. I've had my second bad experience at this barber shop today. They're very unprofessional and don't respect other people's time. I saw more than four walk-in customers get prioritized over me, and I was left waiting. Despite being told my turn was just a minute away, another walk-in customer walked right in and went straight to the barber. In a previous visit, the barber struggled to blend my hair for a skin fade, and despite my feedback, he couldn't get it right until his supervisor stepped in and improved it slightly.
They provide excellent service with cheaper prices. Without appointment, waiting time is also very short and lots of books and drinks are available when you wait.
Great service. Great barbers. Very consistent ever time I go. It's better to book online as usually, due to popularity, walk in time can be a while.
I’ve been to see Anh about 5 times now, she is an absolute gem and is super kind. She’s easy to get along with but most of all - Anh does an amazing job at my lashes. I walk out of the salon feeling beautiful and I’m always excited for my next appointment.nThe prices are fair and I honestly won’t go anywhere else. She’s local and extremely easy to find - opposite Cosgrove High on the Main Road of Glenorchy.
