Wow....best customer service. Nothing was too much touble and even gave us a discount. We called about an outdoor umbrella that was on special online. They didn't have them in stock but showed us an alternative which were even better. 100% recommend.

Ordered a click and collect for 2 bags of pellets, waited over 4 hrs for them to get in contact with me to say it was ready after their website states 2hrs... Never heard, 5 hr mark came around and I rang and asked if it was ready for them to tell me yes....
Excellent unbiased product knowledge. Excellent customer service. Prompt. Efficient. Polite. Sharp price-wise too. Bought a premium wood burning stove over the phone from them. Delivered and installed a week later. Very professional outfit. I was going to offer my business to another local competitor but they could not be bothered to call me back...twice! Bought a new Ziggy 3 burner BBQ from the Rutherford shop a couple of weeks ago. A pretty good deal with Matt Barbie plus lots of extras. Nice work. Very happy with these guys, and so will you be! when I got it home and unpacked, we noticed the red lid was damaged, so sms thru the photos to BG, to fwd on to ZandB, and after about a week, a new lid was at BG, ready for pick-up. Worked out well. Cheers all.
