Funky bar with extra seating at the rear. The venue was bustling. The menu was large both food and drink. I would have preferred a share option or chefs tasting. We had various plates but my favourite was the dumplings and kimchi. It was disappointing that we didn't have one designated waiter. There were various times we wanted to order more drinks and sides but there was no one around. Instead we left and had a nightcap back at the hotel. Food and atmosphere was exceptional but the service needs attention.
The bar has very nice decorations and the food was amazing but when asked to help providing more details on the food, one of the staff was rushing and did not explain properly to use. However, the overall experience was great and they open late at night which is amazing. The icecream was also amazing.
The restaurant has a unique vibe and is surprisingly spacious. I highly recommend making a reservation, as it's likely the busiest spot in town. While the ramen was served a bit cold, it was still delicious. The wallaby wings, however, are a must try! They’re incredibly flavourful and tender.
This place is amazing. Honestly, we ended up here by pure luck. We called and they didn’t have any bookings, but we arrived, walked in, and they gave us a table outside. I wanted to make a booking for the next day because I thought the place inside was incredible. However, even though the service and the food were amazing, it took too long. My dish took over an hour to arrive, and although they eventually discounted it from the bill, I still feel that the food came out little by little, and we never got to eat together as a family. But as for the taste, the food was amazing.
Everything we had was really delicious. We are in the hotel & restaurant biz but we’re very impressed. The food is very well put together and several items were quite creative. No wonder it’s one of the top places to eat in Hobart!
