The 1 star is for the reasonable coffee which it definitely is. The lack of any more is for the poor customer service - one of the workers female with short stylised hair like a pineapple and can often be seen puffing a cigarette outside is just downright rude and hostile towards me for no apparent reason. I am always polite, so thought it was a one off so I decided to give it another try and had the same experience. Some people really need to change their careers if they aren't happy because the level of rudeness was off the charts.
