Was too hungry and didn’t have time to take photos of foods. Wait for more than 40 minutes to have all our foods served, even not crowded at that moment. Food was very normal and pricey, just because of they are nearby with lookout point.
The menu says: a loaded fries with cheese and Bacon! How on earth your chef still has a job! And not only that but we waited 35min for our food to look like that! What a joke this place
Amazing Views, Friendly Staff and Delicious Food. I highly recommend the Angus Beef Slow Cooked Pot Pie, Grilled Barramundi, Roasted Cauliflower Salad, and the Burgers. I am a tour guide who takes bus loads of people to the Blue Mountains on a weekly basis and this is my favourite place to eat. I pre-order when coming here with large groups to avoid delays. Definitely Recommend this place!
Stunning view and friendly staffs We’re there for dinner and sunset Chicken burger and stew were worth the money and even better than some other expensive restaurants.
Shocked at the low reviews! We didn’t eat here maybe that’s why..? but the beers were delicious and we had the most beautiful view for sunset - was surprised it wasn’t more busy
Staff was friendly. The food was just ok, but it’s too expensive to be just ok. I ordered the wagyu burger and it took quite a while to get my food even though I was the only one there when I ordered. The place is very close to echo point at least, and it’s quite a walk back to town for anything else, so it has convenience going for it.
The view from the restaurant area is really good but the 40 minute wait for food doesn’t cut it. Staff come across as rude and dismissive. Definitely a tourist trap - I don’t recommend this place, certainly won’t be back.
Had a schooner here, nice place to chill after a hike. There is a public holiday surge pricing of 15pc.
Amazing view, but make sure you only buy a drink. We had a meal here yesterday and if we weren’t so starving I would have sent it back to the kitchen. The wagyu beef burger was 100% microwaved and even then it was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted and it sat on the patty. Not to mention the stale bun that had been grilled to try and freshen it up. The chips tasted like they had been left under a heat lamp for three hours and even they were cold too. This was up there as quite possibly the worst meal I’ve had in NSW, when a meal is that bad, you can’t help but tell people about it. Updating this review as I’m definitely not trolling. The food was disgusting, the 5 star review has got to be the owner. Yes the view is one of the best around, but you’d be better off sneaking in a vegemite sandwich and just getting a beer. Just saw that the five star reviewer only has one review. I was there on the 22nd Jan 2022, that way you can check who was in the kitchen.
This place is a hidden treasure. I can't believe how anyone but a troll would give it 1 star. I'm a fussy local and into craft beer and was happy with my Young Henrys IPA. The french fries are the best in Katoomba. Generous serve and cooked to perfection. The beer garden is also definitely the best in the Blue Mountains. This place should be on your bucket list for any visit to Katoomba!!!
