Ask for a chai late no cinnamon I make sure with the barista and the lady for the payment and trust on them because of my allergic to the cinnamon I took a sip and I start getting my mouth saw low I ask again the when to ask to another lady inside and they told me yes it have cinnamon on it and they ask me if they can make me another chai late this is illogical they didn't refound me the money and I have to live my Jumbo drink in there of $7.50
Too much chatting to friends and not enough time serving. High staff turnover, although one female who I have seen there a few times still hasn't taken on a client service course or learned how to smile. It is a very "take a number and wait" attitude. The owner needs to be on site to supervise.Fortunately; there is another coffee shop just down the road where you get a smile, good coffee and some client service.
Nice little take away skim cap coffee, a fair selection of food & staff are friendly.
These guys are fabulous, highly professional with excellent quality sandwiches at reasonable prices. I ordered a platter for my bridal party for lunch on the day of my wedding. It was so easy to organise and collect these and they were absolutely delicious. Thank you =
I can no longer go here. Every time I think I'll just get a sneaky coffee and get my bus. My bus is coming in ten minutes after all! With Sydney public transport, it may even be 12. Ten minutes later I'm wondering how it can possibly take so long to make one coffee. "Hey guys, my bus is here, any sign of that soy cap?!" I'm met with blank stares. As my bus pulls away an unapologetic lady hands me my scolded soy, unaware of what has just happened. Life has enough disappointments and Sydnet has enough great coffee shops, to go back to this establishment.
