I have used Baps Electrical for a major rewiring of my house. His communication was good, prompt and professional. His sincerity was evident in his work and his quotes. Very reliable. He went the extra mile and that was much appreciated. Trustworthy and honest. The products he used were top quality. His knowledge about electronics is superb. I will definitely use his services again without a second thought. Great after-sales service.  A++++++ Highly recommended.

Neil from Baps Electrical installed three heat pumps, one in my sitting room and the other two in my bedrooms. Right through the process he came across as being extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest - qualities everyone looks for in a Sparky. The installation, even to my untrained eye and limited electronic knowledge, appeared tricky but with some lateral thinking he solved the problem of placement effortlessly and to my utmost satisfaction. I do know that he has done work for free at his church and this goes to show how trustworthy and God-fearing he is. The heat pumps have worked a treat and I am so glad I got Baps Electricals to do the job for me. I highly recommend his company. A++++++++

I would never book with this person again. Initial comms was good and the work with tidy. The billing was a mess he overcharged. Lights and products were  faulty, he came back took the product away ignored all calls and messages to replace the product. I gave the owner plenty of opportunity to get in touch so it didn't come to this.  You never use him or recommend Neil to anyone
