Customer service skills and knowledge are top notch. Explained my problem and the situation, the guy who helped was great, got away with a simple fix instead of costing hundreds.
The plant section is amazing. We haven't been here for a while and note that the change is fantastic. I felt flat when we got there but after walking through all the healthy, happy plants my spirits lifted quite a lot. The lady who was watering the plants was very friendly and helpful.
