Went in to get our LED light in the back of the camoervan sorted. Really helpful and friendly staff. Issue was sorted in 15 minutes for a really great price. Can't understand any bad reviews!

I got Banks to install a Pioneer Head Unit with reversing camera and steering wheel controls. The HU wound up without all it's functions and they were unable to figure out the SWCs. Said they couldn't do it as it didn't come with instructions. Even though a simple email to the supplier would have provided instructions and wiring diagrams. They did a substandard job and charged like a wounded bull. I recommend keeping clear of Banks Auto for anything more complicated than a battery or starter motor install. Be aware!

very expensive, compare to others, and they didnt do a good job on my car, only lasted a day
