I have found the staff of the Bank of Melbourne, Branch in Colac to be always very helpful and friendly, thoughtful and very caring towards their customers especially since theCovid-19 Virus -Pandemic, started, by giving the customers"A free facial mask & hand sanitisers". Furthermore the staff, always make sure that you are given the right amount of money that you have asked to take out and make sure that they count it out in front of you and that you get the correct amount of money that you asked to take out & in the right denominations, that you have asked for your money to be in, like so many $5, notes, $10, notes etc. I would recommend this bank to anyone who They also have accounts, especially for ppl who are on pensions or the centre link benefits, so that you don't get bank fees at all, unlike a lot of other banks, that do charge high monthly bank fees. I think the Bank of Melbourne is a great, customer-friendly Bank, & the Staff are always ready to help you with any problems that you may have.
