They r poor customer service.  The teller  tried to convinced me to wait 10 minsfor account speacialist . Then  the specialist came out talked with the other one  who came after me. Then told me came back next week. It was time waster. They charged a lot of administration fee.  Normally the other bank will remind clients which transaction cost   money and give some small tip to avoid the fee , or they waive the fee like nab on bridge road
