Worst service ever. A lot of Chinese hovering around and not knowing what to do. Having a ticketing system yet no estimate of time and one guy hovering and manually checking tickets. Funny. As a Chinese myself I feel insulted of the automation lack of and waste of man power, lack of capability. Absolutely joke. If I can give zero star I will. I'm closing my account here today. No more. My experience in China is much better all over, in the countryside.
What I've observed about the Boxhill branch is that everyone is dedicated to completing their tasks diligently. Yes, customers should be highly valued, as they are the backbone of any business.nHowever, I've noticed posters advocating for the respect of all individuals within our community in various places such as the Medical Clinic, Hospital, Centrelink Office, post office, and all other banks. Lately, there have been numerous instances of frustrated customers expressing dissatisfaction across various banks. This has placed significant pressure on bank employees, who deserve a respectful and supportive work environment as well! Let's strive for peace and mutual respect for the well-being of everyone involved. Peace and Love, Please!!nSo, everyone's tasks can be completed in a more positive and efficient manner! Thank you!
Trash service trash employee attitude…the worst experience I ever had out of all. Not even saying the amount of time I’ve wasted to just open an account, the staff there don’t even know their service fully, lack of professionalism as a bank…I’m sorry but I could even do better without any certificates. And the attitude, like I owe them money or something…the manager nearly yelled at me for asking questions. As Chinese, I truly embarrassed to the fact that this is Bank of China. I could write thousands of words to complain but ik there’s no use anyways. Just don’t come…they don’t treat you as a human being.
The man who plays a financial advisor role in this branch is horrible!! He should realise his majority of commission comes from those elderly people who can’t really speak English and have some deposits. Otherwise who is gonna come for these low deposit interest rates? However, the pathetic thing is he actually does not have many respects to his targeted customers. Such way to do business in Australia LoL Wish him good luck.
The customer service was great when l talked to them on phone.nnThe young guy from Zhejiang working at counter 5 was amazing , very friendly, helpful and polite.nnThe lady at counter 3 was grumpy, impatient and not friendly in the beginning…nShe should be more familiar with the operation of the bank and treat customers equally.. !
