This is our favourite banh mi place - so grateful to have it on the Northside. We particularly like the standard pork, beef and tofu in either the banh mi or rice bowl. The service is always friendly and they're super fast considering how busy they are. Great price too which means we can go more often.
Definitely the most filling banh mi I had before and one of the best I had, the veggies were so fresh, meat was marinated and cooked perfectly and packed in a crunchy outside soft inside bun, wow!nnWe will definitely go back to try the salad and pho next time we are on the north side, and take away a few more banh mi!
The Banh Mi Factory has impeccable food and service, it can get a little busy sometimes but that is just a testament to how good their food is. If you love Vietnamese cuisine then this the only place you should go to, 1,000 better than Roll’d for sure! The staff are friendly and the wait times are very short given how busy they can be. I only wish we had one closer to Caboolture!

3 out of 5 for the chicken banh mi, it is tasty but I have had a lot better. The roll was spot on, the pate you could not really taste, and the roll lacked a bit on the amount of fresh salad ingredients they give. Good amount of chilli on the chilli option.nService is excellent, friendly, well structured and fast for the amount of people they have lining up.
