My niece went here. Lovely doctors but very dirty practice. The rooms are not clean and have dirt on the floors. The sheets on the bed look like they have been reused. I would think a medical practice would be kept clean for the patients. Unfortunate since the staff were quite nice.
I'm consistently impressed with the high level of care they provide. The staff is not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. The doctors take the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that you understand your health needs. For anyone seeking comprehensive and compassionate medical care, I wholeheartedly recommend Bangor Medical Center.
Had a fantastic experience at Bangor Medical Centre! The staff is super friendly, the place is spotless, and the doctors really know their stuff. If you're looking for top-notch healthcare, this is the place to be. Big thanks to the team for the excellent service!
So disappointed as this is the local practice for us but some not all of the Drs are incompetent and I've recently been very disappointed in the care I received from Dr Mina. Straight up a failing in Duty of Care acknowledged by other medical staff not at this Centre. Unethical in terms of pricing and greedy when it came to my matter specifically. Reception staff member I spoke with lacked common sense and indicated it had to be done and charged this way according to Medicare, not the case, was done as a bulk billed appointment through another practice. So disappointing.
The doctors in all the clinics run by this company are caring however the administration and management are not. Always delays in seeing a doctor and when you give the clinic feedback they don't like it and use it as an opportunity to debate you rather than understanding your experience. Find another GP service.
