We went to Bangkok Thai on our Gold Coast holiday. The ratings do not lie! Greeted by a friendly gentleman who opened up the door for us. The service all night was fantastic, place is clean and authentic. Food was very nice and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend going here for dinner.
We went to this fantastic Thai restaurant on the last day of our holiday and we couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our last night on the Gold Coast. We had a fantastic waiter Ivan and the rest of the staff were lovely, huge 5 stars for service! We also had the best Thai that I've ever tasted we will be making this a regular spot to visit when we go to the Gold Coast and I can't wait - make sure you go!
The service was absolutely amazing and the food was even better! Completely recommend. They are very nice people and know how to cook amazing Thai food. I will definitely go back next time I'm on the Gold coast.
Best thai food we've had in a long time. The food is so flavourful and fresh. The staff are very responsive and polite. We were told the specials and where everything was in the restaurant like restrooms and also given the choice as to where we want to sit. We choose upstairs which was a beautiful garden style balcony. If you want to sit up there be sure to ask so they show you. My water was always filled and they checked up on us mid way to see if we needed anything. Best experience
I came here with my wife and two young children and the staff were so friendly to us and went out of their way to help the kids have a good time. The food was really nice and they made a special custom meal for one of us. They gave us pens for the kids to draw on the paper tablecloth and stopped by to play with them every now and then but not annoyingly often. This is a really nice looking place too with special plates and cutlery - and all at a reasonable price. I'd be happy to come back here again for sure.
Stumbled upon this little gem. Absolutely amazing Thai restaurant. Great value for money and the tastiest Thai on the Gold Coast. Ivan and his staff were first class. Well done guys, we will definitely be back.
We love Thai food and saw Bangkok Thai was rated quite high. They were spot on. The service and people were top class and the food was delicious. It was quick and so fresh. An evening here will not disappoint!
Wow it wasn't just a meal it was an experience ! Food was fantastic but even it couldn't match the service. Ivan our waiter went way beyond what you expect . It was our 42nd wedding anniversary and he took the time to make a card and organise fruit with candles and a sparkler in. We also watched him amuse a pair of children at another table even feeding little one giving mum and dad a chance to eat their dinner. Our other waiter was lovely too but didnt catch his name. We will be back.
Favorite Thai joint on the coast. Food is always amazing, service is extraordinary. Eat here a fair bit, never been disappointed. Compares well with our trip to Thailand. Authentic food. Cannot recommend highly enough. Love it!
Really nice Thai food and experience. The restaurant is adorned with intricate carved timber features. Service is fantastic. Good communication from the waitress and keeping water topped up as needed. Food is really good. I tried the fragrant herbed king prawns and was impressed. About 8 or 9 large prawns with stir fried vegetables, cooked to perfection. The usual range of curries are nice too. We tried Massaman and Gang Panang
