Bizarre customer service. I bought a spinach salad and it tasted off. Perhaps the spinach was old. I called them to tell them and woman there said she will give me my money back so I went there and she made me feel so terrible about it like I had offended her family. She was so rude and unkind to me. I would never lie about something like this. So I gave her the money back as I really felt like I had done something wrong. I have never had a customer service experience quite like this one. Unfortunately I will not be going back here.
Try to support the local guys, but if the quality of their goods is very poor and rotten and well past the use by date why bother. The prices are very high, eg Avocado $3.99, but the Avo's are small and totally unusable, they feel like they are filled with runny custard, very squishy and rotten. Bought some Garlic today, all looked pretty bad, I picked the best one and only found two usable cloves, was told you have to pay surcharge on EFTPOS if spending less than $9.00, yet the sign out front says 'No Cash", so yep thats a ripoff.
No selection on ingredients to make a roll only sauce they had was hot sauce, when you buy a chicken roll the chicken peice is not even half the size of the roll, if you get pastrami it's max 2 slices which is unheard of for a pastrimi sandwich. Major rip off
Really love the tuna bagels in the shop, along with other ready made items. Would advise to always ring before arriving as sometimes items may be unavailable or shop may be closed.
Today was my first time here. Great produce, amazing selections of basics/essentials as well as premium/luxury items. Fantastic bread selection and really lovely staff and owner.
Dog friendly cafe; there's a little courtyard out back so you don't have to sit on the street. There's a wide range of food options including vegetarian. Worth going to again.
Magnificent provision of deli goods. Unfortunately, a little bit on the expensive side, but you have to pay for the convenience
Nice little spot, friendly staff, but cant really make a good bagel or roll. Weird salads and no options. And a bit too expensive.

Just a great place to have a coffee and enjoy the food. Staff friendly and the owners are most welcoming.
