I have been seeing Robyn, Hanh-nhi, and the team at Balwyn Physio for more than five years now. Each time with a different issue with my upper/lower back, arms and neck from a work or sport related injury, and they have been excellent in the management of my symptoms and have provided pain relief. I have also visited the team on Saturday mornings for reasonably priced massages which are great for relieving all that midweek stress. The exercises and stretches they have prescribed over time have also helped me correct my posture, and have help me remain pain free. I highly recommend booking an appointment.

Hyun Nee was an amazing physio and managed to solve my back issue every time I sought her treatment. However, after about 3 months that I haven’t been there due to lack of time and my back was fine, the receptionist decided to charge me extra as an initial consultation again just because I haven’t booked in for a while. I think that’s ridiculous! This kind of sillly policies will only repel customers. Looks like I have to find another good physio elsewhere, sadly.

I have been going to Balwyn Physio Pty Ltd for just over 3 years now and would never consider going anywhere else!! I have been to many physiotherapists for my spinal injury in the past but none have been any where near as caring, helpful and beneficial as Balwyn Physio. From the very beginning Jenita went above and beyond for me and my individual injuries. They have a Genuine concern for every patient that walks through the door and has a treatment plan to tailor the individual. I never thought it was possible to be at the level I am now with my fitness, strength and flexibility, and that is all thanks to Robyn and Jenita and the clinical Pilates classes they run. I cannot say how grateful I am for the amazing support and treatment I received over the years from both Robyn and Jenita. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

I presented with shoulder pain from performing gym exercises and the physio was able to find my trigger points straight away which helped to relieve the pain when I bench press. She also showed me exercise strategies to improve my technique to prevent the pain from coming back.
