check out is sooooooooooooo slow! no system implemented and staff  urgently need training . The problem is really from management. Fish stings from the head!nmy family went to shop just last week TWICE, and the queue was so long that we put back our basket of food and went somewhere else..it is unbelievable slow esp with many bigger and better competitors around . New Asian grocery out in Balwyn. Not the cheapest prices but does have a good range. Plenty of car parking along the shopping strip.nnGood mix of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai groceries. The veg doesn't look very fresh on the day.

Really rude and horrible cashier  Hoping  you have a good life without putting your anger on customers:

Large selection of Asian grocery, clean, open and special group buy that must join to buy exclusive items. Veggie and fruit price not cheap but good quality.

The staff’s attitude towards customers were the worst in Australia. Never go there again.nnTheir meats are smelly and so expensive.
